• Dream interpretations, insights, or other content generated by the App or shared by users should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
• You agree that you use the App at your own discretion and risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNDERMORE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from the use of the App, including reliance on dream interpretations, analyses, or insights.
• By using the App, you waive any right to bring claims, demands, or legal actions against UNDERMORE relating to your use of the App.

5. Data Storage and Security

• User-generated dream content may be stored securely on our servers or trusted third-party providers.
• We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
• However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, provided adequate safeguards are applied.

7. Data Usage and Consent

By registering an account with the Application, you will be asked to provide your consent to the processing of your data. We do not transfer, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties. All data collected within the Application is anonymized and processed in such a way that individual users and their dream records cannot be personally identified.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from providing consent during registration (by not checking the consent box) and, accordingly, you should not download or use the Application.

Voice Recordings

Undermore may temporarily collect voice recordings when you use features that involve speech input. These recordings are processed solely for the purpose of transcription and to provide the requested functionality within the app.

All voice data is processed in real time and is not stored, retained, or associated with your personal information after transcription is completed. Undermore does not use voice recordings for analytics, training, profiling, or any other secondary purposes.

If third-party transcription services are used, they process your voice input only on behalf of Undermore and in accordance with strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

8. Retention of Data

We retain your dream content and personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless longer retention is required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
